Old D&D had a lot of focus-shifting over time - dungeon dungeon dungeon, wilderness, build fortress, control land and defend territory while still going into a dungeon every once in a while. If it can create a similar flow I'll be happy with that. I am curious about the "threats" in the later adventures - other than keeping peasants happy - but I'm looking forward to finding out.
